Feng Yun Summer Workshop, Somerset, NJ, July 5-19, 2008

This workshop is designed to give go players a boost in their skills and to offer them opportunities to meet and connect with other players. Feng Yun 9p and her teaching assistants will instruct players at all levels in an intensive two week program.

Players will be divided into different groups according to their level. Go activities include lectures, reviews of student games, teaching games, problem solving contests, AGA rated tournament games, and an ongoing ladder tournament. Other activities include swimming, bowling, tennis, soccer, and walks in the afternoon.

The workshop will be held at the Madison Suites Hotel, 11 Cedar Grove Lane, Somerset, New Jersey.

Feng Yun 9p will be the principal teacher, assisted by Kuo Yin 3p from China. Paul Matthews will be the workshop director. Dexter Brown will be the physical recreation director.
